Pacific Press Knives Ltd was originally founded in 1974. Anthony Williams and Marcus Davison took over the company in 2010 and with their combined experience of over 45 years they have quickly become New Zealand’s’ knives and dies specialists.

From their workspace in Phillipstown, Christchurch the PPK small but specialised and experienced team can help you in all areas of knife and die development and offer the right advice and support. From small intricate dies to large complicated knives PPK have it covered.

PPK now supply to local, national and international customers.


After leaving school Marcus began working at Pacific Press Knives, over the last 19 years he has built his skill level and is now a master die maker. In 2010 he, along with Anthony, brought PPK and together they continue the companies strong reputation of for quality workmanship.

In his spare time Marcus enjoys camping ,jet boating, fishing and generally having fun with his partner Linda and their two great kids.


Anthony began his career with Peter Austin LTD, around 31 years ago. After two years he then moved to Pacific Press Knives where he stayed for 27 years. After a short run of working with his wife Maria Doing lawns and gardens he returned to Pacific Press Knives as an owner and now Maria has joined the team helping with some of the cutting.

In his spare time Anthony likes fishing and boating with his son Brodie and Maria .All so he is a member of St John with Brodie.
