Gaskets
PPK have “the edge” over our competitors as we manufacture the tooling for gaskets in house giving us the opportunity to offer great rates for special tailormade or general shape solutions. This also gives us the ability to keep our tooling/knives in optimal condition for troublefree production. We also offer a computer controlled cutting/routing service for detailed plastic sheet cutting or short run where tooling is not a viable option. This is often a more economic option to waterjet or laser, popular materials for this are poly carbonate and rubber sheeting among other materials.
We have the capacity to process large long run gasket orders but are more than happy to accommodate smaller gasket numbers both of which are important to us. When you deal with us there is no middleman which adds no additional costs to tooling, making the whole process much quicker and cost effective, we will walk you through it from placement of order to final product.
Gaskets can be supplied in:
- Insertion Rubber
- EPDM
- Black/White Nitrile
- Neoprene Rubber
General thickness is 3.2mm but other thickness is available.
Other materials also include:
- Cork
- Calendar sheeting
- Graphite reinforced with nickel
